Whether you are building in Harare, Marondera, Rusape, Mutare, Masvingo, Bulawayo, Gweru, Kwekwe, Kadoma, Chinhoyi, Chitungwiza, Ruwa, Victoria falls or wherever you are, the schedule of materials is the same anywhere in Zimbabwe. To point out only the type of materials used may vary depending on soil type. For instance in some areas you use pc15 cement instead of masonry cement and in some areas you use load bearing bricks instead of standard common bricks. Especially in wet lands we strongly recommend load bearings on bricks and pc15 on cement. Washed riversand is necessary for use on all concrete stages if building in wet areas so as to strengthen the structure.
