We design our blueprint with provision for garage, private house entrance and own bathrooms. However on styles that are provisioned to offer one room per tenant, we do our best to make the shared facilities easily accessible for everyone. We are creative and flexible to work with any dimensions available whether simple or complex.

On another note if you want to construct the guest lodge on a resort site, we also add pools, garden et cetera. Some tenants may prefer outside rooms and we add a few rooms with own exits.
